Command the Room
Build Presence in Meetings and Presentations

You know what you want to say, but how do you say it with confidence? Where do you look? How do you stand? What do you do with your hands?

Command the Room is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help you embody confidence, clarity, and connection every time you present. Whether you’re speaking in a meeting, pitching an idea, or addressing a crowd, how you use your body and presence is just as powerful as your words.

This 2-hour session focuses on building your physical presence and ability to engage an audience, not by learning a script, but by tapping into your natural strengths.
You'll explore posture, stillness, gesture, and breath, and practise speaking in a way that feels more grounded, compelling, and you.
"An engaging presentation that gave very useful strategies for presenting"

This is not a sit-and-watch kind of event, it’s interactive, supportive, and fun. Come ready to move, speak, laugh, and surprise yourself. Command the Room is designed to be experiential and to give participants a chance at physically practicing in a safe and supportive space.
